Best customer service of any hotel I've stayed in. They made sure to get me the best rate as a member and they even helped me get my package that arrived after my checkout. Hands down, best customer service.
Warmly greeted upon arrival. Received a nice gift bag at check in 2 bottles of water & cookies add a fresh baked chocolate chip cookie . I have been to many Hampton inns across the country this one is the cleanest. The breakfast area was very organized. 2 mornings in a row not a drop of anything I believe the police it after every customer uses it. Hampton Unn Inc here is your example how a first impression should be.
The room is very clean and the housekeeping is good and friendly,also the front desk very nice we are appreciate guys for taking care of us
I appreciate that although the property was a bit dated, it was clean and tidy. The front desk clerk was so nice. There is limited parking out front. If you can’t get a spot, you have to park in a gated area where you need a key. That’s kind of a pain. The fitness center exits directly to the gated parking lot which is a little strange.
My family and I stayed here with my husband and our son, and Danita made our experience so pleasant. We drove in and arrived pretty late, but she still welcomed us with kindness and checked us in without making us feel rushed. She made sure we knew all the breakfast details and even gave our 2-year-old a sweet treat while he waited as patiently as a tired toddler could after hours in the car. Her kindness and helpfulness really stood out and made us feel taken care of. Thank you, Danita!
Rooms are dated, but we'll maintained. Friendly and courteous staff. Location is close to Freeway, but not noisy in rooms. Nice bbq joint right next door, 30 second walk.

The room was clean and the breakfast was great! We thought the front office was kind and helpful. We also liked the secure parking accessible by hotel key. We will be back!
